How to Reclaim Your Course Access (READ THIS FIRST‼️)

Welcome back!

We recently migrated our entire learning platform to Podia on April 18, 2026, to give you a better student experience. Because of this move, your login process might look a little different than before.

If you’re looking for your courses, please follow these steps in order before reaching out to support. This is the fastest way to get back to learning!

1. Search Your Inbox (The "90% Rule")

Nine times out of ten, your access is already waiting for you. Our system automatically sent activation emails to all enrolled students on the day of migration.

• Search for: "Demi Bernice" or "Podia" or "(Full name of the course)" in your email search bar.

• Check everywhere: Look specifically in your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.

• The Goal: You are looking for a link to set your new password. New migration email from us looks like this:

2. The "Real-Time" Fix

If you know which email you used to enroll but can’t find the original activation link, do this:

• Go to courses.demibernice.com/login

• Click "Forgot Password."

• Enter your email. If you are in our system, you’ll get a reset link instantly.

• Pro-Tip: Once you’re in, bookmark that link so you never lose it!

3. Still Need Help? Fill Out the Form

If you have checked your spam, aren't seeing any emails from us, and need to reactivate a course other than the one mentioned above, please complete our official form

When filling out the form:

• Provide the email address you used upon enrolling.

• Upload your proof of payment or an email trail of your purchase to help us expedite the process.

• Once submitted, please wait 5-10 business days for our team to get you back in action. (Imagine: You don't need to wait this long if you just did the above steps FIRST!)
